Ian Booth began performing music semi-professionally at age 18 in clubs and on college campuses.
After graduation, Booth performed as a full-time singer/songwriter at festivals, clubs, listening rooms and on college campuses across the United States for 10 years. He also performed in the cult legend progressive rock band Flood.
From 1980 until 2002, Booth continued to play and write music but set aside public performances to have a family and organize a series of non-profit projects focused on a sustainable future. This included work with John Denver and the Windstar Foundation in the late 1980's.
Booth returned to recording and performing in 2002 while living on the Island of Kaua'i, working with Emmy Award winning producer and songwriter Eddy Free at Bliss Hill Studio ... and with a one-hour interview and performance on KKCR Kaua'i Community Radio.
Booth has now begun production of his debut album Since Dylan Died and is presenting concerts in selected venues to build support for Sustainable Now and its radio/TV show, the Green Radio Bistro.
